על פי תוכנית החיסונים השגרתית הנהוגה במדינת ישראל ובהמשך להודעת
משרד הבריאות מעל דפי העיתונות על שירותי בריאות במוסדות החינוך, הננו מודיעים לכם
כי בשנת לימודים זו יקבל ילדכם מנת דחף של חיסון נגד אסכרה (דיפתריה), פלצת
(טטנוס) ושעלת (Tdap). החיסון יינתן בזריקה אחת בזרוע. חיסון נגד מחלות אלה מונע מחלות
העלולות להסתיים בסיבוכים קשים ואף קטלניים. במקרים הבאים יש להודיע לאחות בית
ספר:

אם ביום מתן החיסון הילד
סובל ממחלת חום חדה. במקרה זה עשויה האחות להחליט שידחה מתן החיסון עד החלמה.
·
אם לילד הייתה תגובה
חמורה (תופעת לוואי) כלשהי לאחר מנה קודמת של חיסון נגד אסכרה, פלצת ושעלת, תוך 7
ימים מיום קבלת החיסון.
·
אם לילד רגישות מסוג אנטיפלקטי ללטקס
·
אם ילדכם סובל מרגישות
לאחד מחומרי החיסון כמו ניאומיצין או פולימיקסין
·
אם ילדכם סובל ממחלה
נויורולוגית (כגון מחלת נפילה)
למידע זה חשיבות רבה לצורך קבלת החלטה על ביצוע החיסון
לחלק ממקבלי החיסון תתכן
תופעת לוואי (תגובה) אחת או יותר, לאחר קבלת החיסון. תופעות יותר מהידבקות באחת
מהן. הלוואי בדרך כלל קלות וחולפות מהר. בכל מקרה קבלת החיסון נגד המחלות הללו
בטוחה הרבה תופעות לוואי כלליות: בחילה, הקאה, חוסר תיאבון, סחרחורת, שלשול, כאבי
ראש, אי שקט, תופעות לוואי מקומיות: אודם, נפיחות וכאבים באזור ההזרקה. ישנוניות,
עצבנות ועלית חום (לרוב מתונה). עליית חום מעל 39.5°C, הינה תופעה נדירה. תופעות
אלרגיות, לרבות תגובה מיידית מסוג אנפילקטי הן נדירות ביותר. החיסון יינתן במהלך
חודש נובמבר.
דף מידע להורים לפני מתן חיסון גרדסיל כנגד נגיף הפפילומה )HPV(
החל משנת 2015 יקבלו תלמידים, בנים ובנות, את החיסון נגד נגיף
הפפילומה באדם )HPV( על מנת
להגן עליהן מפני סוגים שונים של מחלת הסרטן ומחלות אחרות שהגורם להן הוא נגיף זה. בשנת לימודים זו ילדכם מועמד לקבל את החיסון. החיסון יעיל ובטוח. החיסון ניתן בזריקה לשריר הזרוע, בשתי מנות, ברווח זמן של 6 חודשים
לפחות בין המנות. יש חשיבות רבה בהשלמת שני החיסונים במועדים שנקבעו על מנת להבטיח הגנה
מלאה מהנגיף. תרכיב נגד נגיף פפילומה יכול להינתן עם
החיסון נגד אסכרה פלצת ושעלת ועם חיסונים אחרים בו זמנית במקומות שונים בגוף. במקרים הבאים יש להודיע לאחות בית ספר: ·
אם ביום
מתן החיסון ילדכם סובל ממחלת חום חדה. במקרה זה עשויה האחות להחליט שידחה מתן
החיסון עד להחלמה·
אם ילדכם
חוסן בחיסון זה בעבר. •
אם
לילדכם יש רגישות מיידית מסוג אנפילקטי לשמרים. •
אם
לילדכם הייתה תגובה )תופעת לוואי( קשה לאחר מנה קודמת של אותו חיסון. למידע זה חשיבות גבוהה לצורך קבלת החלטה על
ביצוע החיסון.
לחלק מהתלמידים יתכנו תופעות לאחר קבלת החיסון, אלו לרוב תופעות קלות
וחולפות. התופעות המקומיות הינן אודם, כאבים מקומיים
ונפיחות באזור ההזרקה. התופעות
הכלליות הינן עליית חום מיום החיסון ועד היום ה- 15 לאחר החיסון, כאבי ראש,
סחרחורות, הרגשה כללית רעה, כאבי
שרירים, כאבי פרקים ויתכנו כאבי בטן, בחילות, שלשולים והקאות. תופעות
אלרגיות, לרבות תגובה אלרגית מיידית מסוג אנפילקטי, הן נדירות ביותר. החיסון יינתן במהלך חודש נובמבר. מנה זו הינה ראשונה/שניה מתוך 2 מנות.
