שלום ,בהמשך למספר פניות בנושא אבקש את עזרתכם.כידוע הוצא חוק לגבי אופניים חשמליים שינוי גיל הרוכב החל מגיל 16 (נשלחו אליכם בחודש אוגוסט חומרים בנושא לאיסור והעברת מידע להורים ולתלמידים בחטיבות הביניים)לצערי, עדיין אנו עדים לתופעה של תלמידים מתחת לגיל המותר אשר משתמשים באופניים חשמליים ומגיעים למוסדות חינוך בעיר.אני חוזרת ומדגישה חל איסור לשיתוף פעולה על עבירה החוק מטעם מוסד החינוך (אין להכניס את האופניים החשמליים לכתלי ביה"ס לתלמידים מתחת לגיל שנקבע בחוק).ניתן לזהות אופניים רגילים ואף לעודד את התלמידים בשימוש באופניים במקומות המותרים במידה וקיימים במידה ולא קיימים מסלולים מוסדרים אזיי שישתמשו באמצעי תחבורה אחרים.
