הרצתה בפני הסייעות אורלי פרומן על תפיסות חינוכיות, ואביבה מורדקוביץ
העבירה סדנא העוסקת בהגדרת תפקיד הסייעת בגן הילדים.
בקורס, הסייעות
קיבלו הכשרה בתחומים חינוך, פסיכולוגיה, משאבי אנוש, תוכניות לימודים ועוד, בהיקף
של270 שעות.
כאשר הנושאים
המרכזיים נלמדו עפ"י תכנית משרד החינוך.
משך הקורס 270
שעות (שנתיים) השתתפו בו כ 30 סייעות.
לעיריית כפר סבא חשוב מאד לטפח את
הסייעות.לבנות השתלמויות והכשרה על מנת
ליצור פרופסיה המכירה את תחום החינוך ושותפה מלאה לנעשה בגן הילדים.הסייעת בגן היא דמות חינוכית וככזאת
חשוב לנו שתלמד.ההשתלמות של 270 שעות התחילה השנה
ובין הנושאים המשמעותיים:·
חינוך.· סביבת למידה, משחקי למידה.·
פסיכולוגיה התפתחותית, חזון חינוכי ועוד.הסייעות: "מרגישה מועשרת,
מתייחסים אלי בכבוד ומביאים הרצאות ברמה גבוהה. למרות שאני באה מהעבודה אני עירנית
ומצליחה ללמוד דברים מעניינים. "
בתאריך 14.06.2017 ייפתח קורס נוסף בשיתוף בית
ברל והשלטון המקומי ואנו מאחלים לכל הסייעות שנרשמו הצלחה.
